Our offering is client-driven and is tailored to fit the business needs of our entrepreneurial partners and clients.

In partnering on “greenfield startups”, we offer the entire range of venture creation services, complemented with hands-on business, legal and technical expertise and strong execution skills. We offer seed funding, space, technical infrastructure, legal and administrative support. We play an active role incorporating and setting up legal and company foundation, developing business plans, recruiting executive talent, developing differentiated value propositions, executing successful operating models and communicating with the investment community. We also work to establish partnerships and alliances with global 2500 firms and potential clients. We work to design and test prototypes and execute a launch campaign.

We engage traditional funding sources such as banks, VC’s and in certain cases we by-pass the VC front and engage directly institutional investors or global 2500 for possible IPO or an M&A transactions. As a long-term partner, we work with the rest of the team to develop a clear exit strategy.

In partnering with established but struggling startups, we offer operating model assessment, design and execution, interim management, CEO counseling and financial restructuring. We also provide communication and crisis management and execution of turnaround strategies. We look for possible mergers, acquisitions and private buyout options.

In partnering with global 2500 companies and successful startups, we provide market-driven insight, proven experience -both venture creation and management consulting- and a strong network of clients, suppliers and partners. We have unparalleled international exposure especially in EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) region and partner on both business development and execution. We share risk and reward and invest capital if required. We commit personal time and energy and don’t charge any fees for our services; rather we take equity stake in various forms in the ventures we partner on.
