| Our work We invest capital, at seed level, and commit personal time and energy in creating and growing market-transforming ventures. In addition to partnering with innovative entrepreneurs, scientists and technologists on “greenfield startups”, we partner with global 2500, governmental and educational institutions on joint venture and development projects in the US and EMEA regions. We also work with established and successful startups on growth, M&A and exit strategies and with established but struggling startups on turnaround strategies, risk and crisis management. We work on one venture at a time and act as entrepreneurs partnering with other entrepreneurs. We don’t charge any fees for our work; rather we get compensated based on equity of various forms. We use a proven process for selecting ideas and development projects and utilize leading tools, best practices and methodologies to setup the technical, business and financial infrastructure for our ventures.
